BMW M3 Carbon Edition introduced for China
BMW has just introduced a new special-edition M3 Coupe for the Chinese markets.
The M3 Carbon Edition uses the same standard 4.4L S65 V8 in the standard E92 M3, good for 414hp and 295 lb-ft of torque, but will feature new treatments of carbon fiber which include the rear bumpers, lip splitters, trunk spoiler, side skirts, hood inlets and additional interior parts. The result is a net loss of about eight lbs. The wheels equipped to the M3 Carbon Edition are 19-inch Style 220 wheels.
The Carbon Edition also dons a special Mineral White paint scheme with Carbon Edition Logos all around and the inside receives black leather with carbon patterns and white stripes in the seats.
The M3 Carbon Edition will be reproduced only 111 times and will go for 1.23 million Chinese yuan or $189,000 and will hit showrooms this July.
