Maserati GT Garbin design study looks into the future of a Trident coupe

Maserati GT Garbin

We here at egmCarTech love concept designed by bunch of students for their school project. Yesterday, we say the 2030 Mercedes-Benz Aria Concept was designed by student Slavche Tanevski at the Munich University of Applied Sciences. Today, we’d like to introduce you to the new new Maserati GT Garbin.

Developed by three students (Jaime Cervantes, Andrea Coccia, and Chetan Rajput) during the Master in Transportation and Automobile Design at the Politecnico di Milano, the Maserati GT Garbin shows a design study of a future Maserati Coupe.

Sponsored by Fiat, the Maserati GT Garbin draws its inspiration from the Maserati Ghibli built between 1967 and 1973.

“The front end is characterized by the typical Maserati grille, combined with a surface treatment reminiscent of the Citroën GT Concept,” the designers said. “The exterior look is completed by the large doors that slide forwards and by luminescent materials and backlighting surfaces that ‘spice up’ the overall design.”

We like it – how about you?
