What the 2011 BMW M3 did get is something called the Competition Package, available for the coupe and sedan. The package lowers the suspension 10 mm, adds light 19-inch alloy wheels at the front and Y-spoke design at the rear. It also adds an electronic damper adjustment function EDC including Sport Mode, which is specifically made for the Competition Package.
