BMW has just released a new video of the 2012 BMW M5 Prototype undergoing testing at the test-track in Miramas, France.

BMW has confirmed that the 2012 BMW M5 will be powered by a 4.4L twin-turbo V8 featuring TwinPower Turbo Technology. The engine is speculated to produce somewhere north of 580-hp while offering a 25 percent reduction in fuel-consumption and emissions.
