First 2011 Audi R8 GT delivered, all 333 units sold out

Audi announced today that it has delivered the first of 333 Audi R8 GT units. A Phantom Black Audi R8 GT was delivered to a customer in UK at the Audi Forum in Neckarsulm.

“The limited-edition, top-of-the-line model of the R8 family is built in a production shop at the Neckarsulm site and was sold out worldwide just a few weeks after market launch,” Audi said in a statement. “The 560 hp R8 GT will be delivered to customers in 23 countries, primarily in Europe, the United States and Middle Eastern markets.”

Want an Audi R8 GT for yourself? Well, even if you do manage to come up with the $198,050 it costs to get one you’re out of luck since all 333 units have been sold out.

Refresher: The Audi R8 GT is powered by a modified version of the 5.2L V10 making 560-hp (an increase of 35-hp) and a peak torque of 398.28 lb-ft. That allows 0-62 mph to come in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 198.84 mph. The V10 gets a specific power output of 107.6-hp per liter displacement. Audi will only make 333 units of the R8 GT.
