2012 Kia Rio sedan to debut at 2011 NY Auto Show
At the 2011 Geneva Motor Show earlier this month, Kia unveiled the new 2012 Kia Rio hatchback, a sexy looking compact version of the old Rip that the brand has been selling for many years. Kia announced today that the sedan version of the new Kia Rio will make its debut a the 2011 New York Auto Show next month.

In Europe, the 2012 Kia Rio is available with four fuel-efficient engines with output ranging from 69-hp to 107-hp. Transmission choices include 5 or 6-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic.
Since the model first launched in 2005, global sales of the third-generation Kia Rio have totaled more than 860,000 units.
