John DeLorean movie in the works, George Clooney to play the leading role
There have been talks about doing a movie based on the life of John DeLorean since 1997, but according to latest rumors, this time it may actually happen.
If you don’t know who John DeLorean is, you probably shouldn’t be reading about cars. DeLorean is well known for his work at General Motors, where he developed the Pontiac GTO and Firebird, after which he left to start his own car company and creating the DeLorean DMC-12.
Word has it that a John DeLorean movie is in the works with George Clooney getting to play the role. Stephen Wynne, the head of DeLorean Motor Company says Clooney is the first choice for the role in a planned biopic about DeLorean.
