Report: No Jota coming to Paris, Lamborghini to show ‘technology concept’ and… that’s it
Like us, you’re probably just as confused about Lamborghini’s vehicle debuts at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. At first it was reported that Lamborghini will be showing a successor to the Murcielago in Paris, otherwise known as the Jota. Following that, we heard that Lamborghini has plans to show two models including the Jota along with another vehicle that would either be a successor to the Gallardo or a competitor to the Ferrari 599 GTO (that report was brought to light by 0-60 Mag).
Well, Lamborghini is going to show none of the above. According to AutoGuide’s sources, Lamborghini will show only one model and it will be a concept showing new technology to be used in future Lambos.
So far, as seen by the teasers, the model is expected to show the extensive use of carbon fiber material to reduce the weight of future vehicles. It will also be powered by a V10 engine.
Guess we’ll just have to wait until the end of the month and see for ourselves.
