Senner tunes the Audi A1 1.6 TDI to make 138-hp

Following ABT’s Audi A1 modification package, tuner Senner has released their modification packages with a new kit for the compact Audi hatch. Senner’s modification focuses on raising the output on the Audi A1 with the 1.6L TDI engine.
Output has been increased from 103-hp and 185 lb-ft of torque to 138-hp and 229 lb-ft of torque. Other performance enhancements include a lowered KW suspension and a stainless-steel exhaust system. Senner is also offering wheels that are available in chrome or black chrome finish.
The tuner is also offering a bunch of interior upgrades in leather or carbon-fiber trim.
The Senner Audi A1 begins today in Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Other European markets will get the package starting mid-September.

Refresher: The 2011 Audi A1 will go on sale in Europe later this year with prices starting around 16,000 euros ($22,062 USD). Power will come from a lineup of 4-cylinder engines, which consists of two TDI diesels and two TFSI gasoline units with output ranging from 84-hp to 122-hp. Mated to a 7-speed S tronic transmission, fuel-economy will range from 44 mpg and 62 mpg.
