While many of you were drooling over the recently released details and a picture of the Ferrari 458 Italia Challenge, photo rendering artist Jon Sibal was busy dreaming up a Ferrari 458 Italia GT as the replacement for the F430 GT.
“I basically just used the current F430 GT for some ideas for the 458 GT,” Sibal says. “I also widened the fenders but it”s subtle so not sure if anyone will notice. Gave it the racecar stance, race wheels, race interior and other details to make it somewhat convincing.”

Refresher: Power for the Ferrari 458 Italia comes from a mid-rear mounted 4.5L V8 producing 570-hp at 9,000 rpm with a maximum torque of 398 lb-ft at 6,000 rpm. Mated to a dual-clutch 7-speed F1 gearbox, 0 to 62 mph comes in just 3.4 seconds with a top speed of over 202 mph.
