Power will most likely come from a 2.5L turbocharged boxer engine. A source said that the car will be priced around £40,000 ($59,373 USD).

The SVX replacement will come in addition to the new $20,000 coupe, a sibling to the Toyota FT-86. That model will be powered by a 200-hp 2.0L boxer engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
