2010 Buick LaCrosse teased in Buick history video

GM has released a new video of its head of design, Ed Welburn, taking us through Buick’s history and giving us a peak at the 2010 Buick LaCrosse. The new LaCrosse was originally supposed to make its debut at the 2008 LA Auto Show but had been moved to the 2009 Detroit Auto Show since GM cancelled its LA press conference at the last minute.

From the video (and the screenshots we gathered) you can see that the 2010 Buck LaCrosse retains most of the styling cues shown on the Buick Invicta concept.

Details of the 2010 Buick LaCrosse engine options were leaked in Oct. Two engine choices will be offered with the base engine being a 3.0L V6 direct injection producing 250-hp. The range-topper will be a 3.6L V6 that makes 290-hp. Both models will be mated to a 6T70 6-speed automatic transmission as standard. All-wheel-drive will also be available as an option.
