First look at the 2009 Ford Focus RS
After months of teaser shots and spy shots of it testing at the Nurburgring, Ford will show the new 2009 Focus RS (seen here) without camouflage for the first time at the London Motor Show later this month.
Power will come from a 2.5L turbocharged Duratec engine that produces between 275 to 300-hp with a peak torque of 300 lb-ft. Other performance enhancements include chassis upgrades and an advanced technology front-wheel-drive system with a limited-slip differential.
From these pictures you can see that the new 2009 Ford Focus will get a very aggressive body kit with a roof spoiler and 19-inch 15-spoke alloy wheels. Join us later this month when Ford released the official details on July 22nd.
