Chrysler dealers be aware; the execs have planned to conduct more than 20,000 mystery shopper visits at Chrysler dealerships. That means roughly one for every salesman at every dealership.
There is a reward for those who pass the test with flying colors. Chrysler will hand them as much as $1,000 in what Chrysler says could be a motivation and can force the salespeople to know the car inside-out, rather than just the numbers and deals.
The “Chrysler Multi-Million Dollar Mystery Shop Challenge” began May 12 and will go on through December. Chrysler is working with Market Force Inc. and its team of 140,000 shoppers.
