The organization honored the special edition book with the Award of Excellence for its successful use of typography. The book also received a “Judges Choice” award, a personal tribute from one of the eight members of the jury.
The Audi R8 book was created by a Stuttgart-based agency, design hoch drei, and the Delius Klasing Verlag publishing house in Biefeld. “With the R8, Audi set a new standard in the sports car segment,” said project manager Michael Finke. “We wanted to make an impact with our innovative publication that was just as strong.”
If you want to pick up this award winning publication, head down to your local Audi dealer and by an R8 or you can just wait when it will be sold as a limited edition copy in selected bookstores later this year.
