Looks like the Spring of 2008 will be all about BMW in the U.S. The BMW 1-Series coupe and convertible are both expected to hit U.S. dealerships in spring of 2008. Now a new report from M3Post says that BMW M3 coupe will go into production in December 2007.
The BMW M3 Sedan production date will be released at a later date, but both, the M3 Coupe and Sedan, will hit U.S. soil in spring of ’08. According to a summary of an internal document, iDrive and moonroof are not standard.
Both 2008 BMW M3s are powered by a 4.0 liter V8 engine that produces a total of 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The four-door BMW M3 Sedan goes from 0-60 in 4.9 seconds while the coupe does it 4.8.
