Triumph brand to make a come back

At a recently held press conference BMW CEO, Norbert Reithofer hinted that BMW may introduce another brand to automotive market. Now the folks over at AutoExpress are saying that BMW is planning on reviving the Triumph brand that disappeared in 1984.

Not many people know that BMW acquired the Triumph trademark back when it bought the Rover Group in 1994. When BMW sold Rover it decided to keep the Triumph brand. Which is probably a major hint that BMW has something up its sleeves.
