Honda beats Toyota in customer satisfaction in Germany

Honda took the number one spot leading the customer satisfaction among German car owners in a J.D. Power and Associates study. Toyota held the number two spot followed by Subaru at number three and BMW at number four.

German auto makers Audi and Mercedes held the number 7 and number 8 spot respectively. Volkswagen showed the most improvement this year, jumping from number 23 from 12 this year. Chevrolet was at the bottom of the list at number 27 along with Smart which held the number 26 spot.

Japanese cars also held strong ratings for individual cars with the Toyota Prius ranked the highest followed by the Toyota Yaris and the Honda Accord. The BMW 5-Series held the highest German ranking at number 12.
