Audi A7 on the way: Audi confirms four-door coupe and two SUVs

We never got into the frenzy behind Audi’s A7 four-door coupe until now. Michael Dick, Audi’s Product Development Chief, told Automotive News that the company is headed to double its model count by 2015 and that Audi will introduce a four-door coupe car and two sporty SUVs as part of the plan. “We have 22 vehicles in the lineup already and the other 18 in our heads,” said Michael Dick.

The Audi A7 foor-door coupe will go head-to-head with Mercedes-Benz’s CLS and the two sporty SUVs will most likely be targeted at BMW’s X3 and Mercedes-Benz’s ML-Class.
