Lamborghini has been having a pretty good year so far with the new Lamborghini LP640 Roadster just announced and the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera making its debut at the Geneva Motor Show. Now the Italian supercar producer is looking for more marketing and is using Hollywood to get it done for free. In a recent interview with Brandweek, Lamborghini CEO, Stephan Winkelmann, mentioned that “the  will be in the next Batman movie [working title, The Dark Knight, scheduled for 2008 release], although we are not paying anything.”
“We do not pay for product placement. And we do not allow our cars to be placed just anywhere. It has to be perfect. Something like the next Batman film is suitable for our image. We will not be in films that we don’t like.” Wow someone is a little stuck up. Well they have the right to be.
