We’re sure you all know that famous image of that 60 Minutes episode in which Bob Lutz, Vice Chairman of GM, pulled back a blue sheet from front of a vehicle that looked like the 2008 Cadillac CTS. Comparing these spy shots to that image it seems that the headlights closely resemble those of the car shown on 60 Minutes but the grill has been toned down a little for the production version. Another obvious design change in the new 2008 Cadillac CTS is that it has much smaller rear doors as compared to the current version.
The 2008 Cadillac CTS is expected to have a 3.6 liter V6 engine producing between 280 and 300 horsepower to stay in competition with Infiniti G35, BMW 3-Series and Lexus IS models. The car is due for launch later in 2007.
