The Garden Street Garage in Hoboken, NJ refused to give up any vehicles in side after it stopped working due to dispute between the city of Hoboken and the Robotic Parking. Supposedly the city of Hoboken had failed to pay its software (that runs the garage) license fee that had expired. Robotic Parking in result shut down the garage leaving owned vehicles in side. Both parties went to court where Hoboken ended up paying Robotic Garage $5,500 for a new three year software license.
