OnStar’s adds Remote Ignition Block feature to help recover stolen cars

General Motors OnStar system is adding another tool to the system that will quickly help recover a subscribers stolen vehicle. Known as the Remote Ignition Block, the technology will allow an OnStar Advisor to send a remote signal to a stolen vehicle to prevent the vehicle from restarting once the ignition is turned off.
