The 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 is getting a serious power upgrade from Hennessy Performance, with renderings recently teased for the upcoming 24 unit release.

Hennessy started with the stock SRT8 motor, which is priced at $55,295, puts out 465hp and 465 lb-ft of torque, and boasts 4.8 second 0-60mph time. After a displacement increase to 7.0-liters from the standard 6.4 and the addition of a twin turbo, the tuner produced the HPE800, which lives up to its title with an intense output of 805hp and 823 lb-ft of torque. Cutting the 0-60mph time down to 3.1 seconds, the HPE800 can run a ¼ mile in 10.9 seconds at 130mph.

The tuner also upgraded the transmission and torque converter, along with stopping power provided by a new Brembo brake system, and a set of lightweight 20-inch wheels. Visual mods include a custom interior upgrade and a carbon fiber front lip spoiler on the outside.

Pricing for the model also gets a substantial upgrade, starting at $235,000.

Hennessey Performance isn’t holding off on letting us know that they are prepared to offer performance upgrades and other modifications to the upcoming 2012 Ford Focus ST, when it goes sale next year.

The tuner of all things American muscle will definitely do the Focus ST right when it hits roads.

So far we know that the 2012 Ford Focus ST will be powered by a 2.0 liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine making 247-hp and 266 lb-ft of torque. We expect Hennessey to offer somewhere north of 300-hp.

The Hennessey HPE490 Boss 302 Mustang features a supercharger (more details in the sepcs after the jump) that helps it produce 492-hp at 7,000 rpm. The HPE650 Supercharged Boss 302 Mustang features a TVS2300 Supercharger System that helps it produce 650-hp at 7,000 rpm. The HPE700 Boss 302 Mustang also gets a TVS2300 Supercharger System with a Supercharger Pulley Upgrade helping it pump out 700-hp at 7,000 rpm.

Hennessey says that the HPE650 Supercharged Boss 302 Mustang runs a quarter-mile in 11.9 seconds at 124 mph, with a 0 to 60 mph at 3.9 seconds.

Hennessey Performance is releasing the Venom GT at McCall’s Motorworks Revival today,the party that marks the start of the Monterey / Pebble Beach weekend. Refresher: Weighing in less than 2,400 pounds, the Hennessey Venom GT is powered by GM’s supercharged 6.2L LS9 V8, which has been modified to produce 725-hp. Hennessey will also offer 1,000-hp and 1,200-hp twin-turbo V8 enginevariants. Mated to a Ricardo 6-speed gearbox, the Venom GT is capable of hitting 0-60 mph in 2.2 seconds and will keep going until it hits 262 mph.

Cadillac’s already amazing CTS-V has gotten an equally awesome tune. The Hennessey V1000 packs major power, sleek exterior mods, and interior, or lack thereof, upgrades as well.

Getting straight to it, Hennessey got under the hood and tuned the already 556-hp monster up to almost double the horsepower, at 1,000-hp, and 950 lb-ft of torque. With a top speed of 230-mph, the tuner is projecting a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds. The V1000′s twin turbo 427ci LS V8 down a quarter mile run in just 10.9 seconds. So, I didn’t save the best for last, but there is still more. The body has been widened, the clutch got an upgrade, and stopping power has been upgraded with a set of 15.1″ inch Brembo carbon ceramic breaks. The CTS-V Coupe is also now riding on Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires that wrap a set of Hennessey monoblock wheels.

Weight reduction is another key point in this tune, as it is estimated to be about 200lbs lighter. Seats have been traded for a lighter set, and the rear ones can be taken out completely. Widening is courtesy of a carbon fiber kit.

A couple of times a year, some of the fastest and most powerful cars hit up Texas to show-off their top-speed runs at the Texas Mile. The high-performance and highly modified cars have a straight runway to get the highest top speed at the one-mile marker.

This time around, Mark Heidaker and Sean Kennedy, who drove their Hennessey developed twin-turbocharged Ford GT to a top speed of 235.1 mph into a headwind of 20 mph.

Known as the Hennessy GT1500, the model gets two 67-mm ball-bearing turbos, custom intake and exhaust, twin waste gates and twin blow-off valves. The team also upgraded the fuel system with new lines, pump, fuel rails and injectors. The result? 1,500-hp.

Hennessey HPE1000 Twin Turbo Cadillac Escalade vs Nissan GT-R

What do you get when you pack Twin Ball Bearing Turbochargers into a Cadillac Escalade? You get a total of 1008-hp at 5,900 rpm with a maximum torque of 967 lb-ft of torque. That gives you the ability to beat Godzilla – the 2011 Nissan GT-R – itself.

The Hennessey HPE1000 Twin Turbo Upgrade package ends up giving the Cadillac Escalade the ability to go from 0 to 60 mph in 3.3 seconds and the ability to run the quarter mile in 11.3 seconds at 124 mph.

With 602-hp, the 2011 HPE600 Camaro Convertible is capable of going from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and is capable of running the quarter mile in 12 seconds at 118 mph.

Introducing the 2011 HPE600 Supercharged Camaro Convertible

SEALY, TEXAS – Hennessey Performance (HPE) introduces the company’s first 2011 HPE600 Supercharged Camaro convertible. Pounding the pavement with a 602 bhp supercharged V8, the HPE600 is also the first 2011 Chevrolet Camaro convertible to hit the streets with a full treatment of aftermarket performance upgrades.

Hennessey began offering its power-addicting upgrades to the latest Chevy Camaro when the car was introduced in April of 2009. Since that time, HPE has built hundreds of Camaros with over 550 horsepower for owners across the globe.

The 2011 HPE600 Supercharged Camaro convertible puts its additional power to the ground with the help of a lowered (1 inch) KW adjustable coilover suspension system. Combined with wider 20 inch wheels (9.5 x 20 inch fronts, 10.5 inch rears) riding on Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (275/30-20 fronts, 305/30-20 rears), the HPE600 Camaro convertible is capable of going from 0-60 mph in just 3.9 seconds while running through the quarter mile in 12.0 seconds @ 118 mph.

“The new convertible Camaro is about 250 lbs heavier than the hardtop,” states Hennessey CEO, Don Goldman. “But when you add nearly 200 horsepower, it more than makes up for the increased weight. The base cost for the HPE600 Supercharged Camaro convertible is $56,495 (base Camaro SS convertible MSRP of $40,500 plus $15,995 for the HPE600 Supercharged upgrade). All HPE600′s come with a 3-year / 36,000 mile powertrain warranty from Hennessey. All-in, the HPE600 Supercharged Camaro convertible with upgraded wheels, tires, suspension and CarbonAero™ carbon fiber front splitter and side sills costs $74,950 plus tax, title and license.

Hennessey Performance Engineering Nissan GT-R

So you own a 2009/2010 Nissan GT-R and are pretty depressed that the 2012 model year gets more power and runs from 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds. Well, worry not (unless you hate spending money on modifying your car). Hennessey Performance has announced a new upgrade kits for the GT-R, known as the GTR650 and GTR800

The package boosts output on the GT-R to 662-hp with a peak torque of 638-hp. The range-topping GTR800 package increases output to 813-hp with a maximum torque of 704 lb-ft – allowing it to spring from 0-60 mph in a blistering 2.6 seconds.

Last week Hennessey Performance Engineering released a video of their 2011 Hennessey Cadillac CTS-V Coupe V700 undergoing dyno testing. Today, the tuner released a video of the car’s quarter mile run, which it completed in 11.16 at 124.04 mph.

The Hennessey Cadillac CTS-V Cope V700 produces 707-hp and 701 lb-ft of torque (dyno results were: 598 rear wheel horsepower and 631rear-wheel lb-ft of torque). 0-60 mph comes in 3.3 seconds with a top speed of 211 mph.
