Ford unveils new ‘beefed-up’ 6F-55 6-speed SelectShift for EcoBoost lineup

Ford announced today that its new 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine will debut with a “beefed-up” 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission that is “designed for higher torque demands of the all-new twin-turbocharged, direct injection engine.”

Hennessey Performance to offer performance upgrades for 2010 Ford Taurus SHO

Hennessey Performance has announced that it is working on a tuning package for the new 2010 Ford Taurus SHO.
Details are being kept quiet for now but Hennessey says that upgrades will include a new exhaust, air filter, boost controller, boost gauges, turbo upgrades, intercooler upgrades, suspension and more.
