To overcome head gasket failures that can occur in diesel engines employed in truck and RV applications, industry leader ARP has introduced extra heavy-duty head studs for the popular Ford, Dodge and GM powerplants. These ARP studs are rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength, and provide the clamping force required to keep cylinder heads from lifting due to higher combustion pressures.
The studs are manufactured in ARP's Santa Paula, CA plant from proprietary ARP 2000 material, with threads rolled after heat-treat to provide optimum fatigue strength. They are centerless ground to assure perfect concentricity. The ends of the studs are broached to facilitate easy installation. This feature also enables the cylinder head to be removed in tight quarters. Also included in each kit are heat-treated, chrome-moly steel 12-point nuts and parallel-ground washers. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to when the item has shipped. The address on your PayPal account MUST be verified. Rudy's Performance Parts does NOT ship to international or PO Box addresses. Should you purchase an item from Rudy's Performance Parts using an international or PO Box address, Rudy's Performance Parts reserves the right to cancel and fully refund your order.
ALL programmers bought from Rudy's Performance Parts will be sent with signature confirmation and any purchases over $500.00 may also be sent with signature confirmation. Upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for the product, the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) may attempt to deliver the merchandise another day OR hold it at a local hub for customer pickup.
Rudy's Performance Parts is NOT responsible for any packages that are damaged from shipping. ALL packages should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged package, Rudy's Performance Parts will open a damage claim with the shipper and will refund or replace your product once the claim has been complete.
Rudy's Performance Parts ships products from multiple warehouses across the country in order to get your products to you the quickest way possible. Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse that has the product in stock. Please note that your order may come in multiple shipments/packages and your shipments/packages may arrive at different times.
ReturnsAll of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy’s Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. We will not be able to send out a replacement part without payment. You are welcome to pay for a replacement item and then receive a refund when the original item is received back, otherwise, we won’t be able to send a replacement until the original item is back. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
