The most complete turbocharger rebuild kit for Holset H1C, H1D, and H1E turbochargers. These turbos were very common on 1988 thru 1993 Dodge Cummins turbodiesel engines. They were also used on some Mercedes and Volvo trucks. Upgrade Step Gap Turbine Seal included. This stepped gap seal provides a superior seal over the stock type seal ring. It greatly reduces the build up of power robbing deposits due to oil leaking through the seal into the turbine housing and on the turbine wheel. Upgraded HX35 style brass thrust bearing (2 oil hole) machined to fit H1C/H1E/H1D turbos. This thrust bearing is superior to the stock H1C/H1E/H1D thrust bearing which only had one oil feed hole and was failure prone.The stock thrust bearing was the weakest link in the H1C/H1E/H1D turbo.
