Taylor Spiro Glo Pro 8mm Silicone Plug Wire Set for your Flat-4 Aircooled VW engine. These are a big step up from stock plug wire sets! These are great for high powered ignition systems, and you can actually get wire retainers for these! These wires resist temperatures up to 600 degrees! Spiro-Pro Wire sets are for racing or street applications and provide maximum firepower without radio or electrical interference.
These also provide up to ten times the conductivity of standard resistor wires. Spiro Glo-Pro Wire sets are manufactured from 100%, virgin silicone jacket over 100%, virgin silicone core. It stays flexible and retains it's original strength when other wire sets self destruct or burn from heat fatigue. Due to it's density and flexibility, Taylor pure silicone has the highest dielectric strength of all materials used in ignition wires !
These are among the finest wires available for your VW Engine, and one of the reasons is that Taylor Plug Wires feature a REAL SNAP IN SEAL for the cylinder tins. These are difficult to get in, but once you do they are not coming off! This is a REAL SEAL and not just a "flapper", and you will see more cooling over the heads and engine with these compared to the flaps.
These plug wires have been used for years by us in our Race Car with our MSD ignition system & our Dune Buggy with our SDS Fuel Injection Turbo System.
