Inverted Oil Modification For Continental A-65 thru O-200 Aerobatic Clipped Cub:
$9.99

This sale is for a 1 page drawing to modify your Small Continental Engine ( A-65 thru O-200 ) to provide Inverted Oil.

This easy modification requires removal of the oil sump, basic sheet metal skills to fabricate/modify and install a few parts, minor weld, andreinstall of the oil sump.

If you are somewhat mechanically inclined this is an easy mod.

If you are a home builder, this is a BREEZE.

Mine cost less than $10 in materials, 1.5 hr in labor, and $10 for welding.

This mod furnishes about 2 minutes of inverted Oil.

I searched for any kind of inverted Oil system for little Continentals for well over 10 years until I found this Old Timer in Ockeechobee, Fl.

He was in the business during the times of Curtis Pitts, Duane and Marion Cole, Steve Whitman, Betty Skelton, Charlie Hillard and more. Curtis, then Betty had a C-90-8 FJ in the original Little (Li'l) Stinker". It had this mod. ( Now in the Smithsonian with a C-85-8 FJ ).

Hetold me how all the guys did it back then, seems this system just got lost over the years.

This is not a kit, just drawing on how to fabricate from readily available materials and install, Experimental Use.

Perfect for Clipped Wing Cub, T-craft, Pitts, etc. With Small Continental engine.

Again, there are no parts in this sale, just the 1 page drawing with specs. for fabrication and installation. Experimental Use.

Pictures above are for Illustration of Type of Aircraft used in and O-200 sump for a refrence ONLY, no parts included.

Note: Last year I recieved a negative response! It was because the buyer found an item like the one he bought at a cheaper price somewhere else, called mine a knock-off. Even though he ran the offer up and bought it. He did not contact me, just left negative response. After checking I found he had a history of leaving Neutral and Negative FB. I try very hard to describe my items exactly and use close up pictures. Please,Please look at the listing close, ask any questions before offerding. I want us both to be happy with the transaction. Thanks, Ed
