The launch control solenoid is plumbed between the clutch master-cylinder and clutch slaver-cylinder. fittingsare 1/8 NPT and can be used with Either -AN fittingsor traditional hard line.
- The solenoid (12v) MUST be controlled via relay if being activated by PCM/Standalone ecu.
- Power draw can exceed 3A and should be fused with a 5A fuse.
- If not using a pcm as the source, an ignition switched power source is recommended
- Using a button to engage the solenoidmanually during the launch is also viable.
- Pairing this device with a 2-step, or RPM limiting launch control will provide the most consistent, repeatable results.
- Bleeding should be done with the solenoid both energized and in de-energized. Vacuum bleeding is recommended, but not required.
