All orders must be received by 1:00 PM P.S.T to be shipped the same day, Orders received after 1:00 PM P.S.T will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM P.S.T on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business days excluding major holidays. Chaparral Motorsports' standard shipping time is 5-7 business days via Ground services. (Tires and oversized items ship via USPS or UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address. Shipping available to United States only. Chaparral customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with tracking information, if available.
Return Policy for U.S. Residents
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer. Returns or exchanges older than 30 days require a return authorization from our customer service department.
We offer three options to return items back to Chaparral Motorsports.
1. Create a return label online on our ChapMoto.com website
- You pay nothing up-front.
- $7.99 per label will be deducted from your refund or exchange on standard products. On tires or oversized items $15.99 per item will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
- No restocking charge applies if returned within 30 days (15% fee, whichever is higher, after 30 days)
2. Return using your own shipping method
Complete the return form on the back of your invoice, and include it with your shipment to:
