Jonathan Ingram, a longtime motor sports journalist, has covered Indy car racing, Formula 1, and NASCAR for as many as 100 publications worldwide, including Sports Illustrated, Road & Track, and Autoweek. He is the co-author of Unseen Earnhardt.
Paul Webb’s work has appeared in Racer, Autosport, Road & Track, and USA Today. Focusing on Champ Car racing since 1979, Webb has served as photographer for Team Rahal (Danica’s team) from the mid-1990s through 2004. 120 pages with 150 full color photos.

I ship via USPS Media Mail to any USA address including Alaska, HI and PR (takes 4-7 business days), for $6.95. Each additional book costs only $2 more to ship. Canadian customers pay $12 shipping, and $4 for each additional book. Overseas shipping is $18 - sorry but the USPS increased overseas rates by over 65% since June 2007. Additional copies shipping overseas costs an extra $6 per book.
