RETURNS
Returned items okay within 14 days of receipt, in unused condition. Items accepted for return must be brand new and uninstalled with the original factory packaging (packaging showing part number). Opened products that were sealed, used or installed products, or products not with the original packaging cannot be returned unless the wrong part was shipped. Return shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility unless the wrong part was shipped. In the case of an exchange, we will issue a refund for the returned item and re-purchase and checkout through or PayPal for the new item is required. Because auto parts cannot be restocked or resold as new once they have been used, installed or not in original factory packaging, we must strictly enforce this return policy.
