this is very RARE OEM Honda civic plug and play cluster. fits 96-00 Honda civics only, no modification needed. PLUG AND PLAY. get that JDM look on your EK here in US.this cluster has been tested and is in 100% working condition. all the bulbs and gauge are working properly no burned bulbs or anything. Clear lens has minor scuff on it. other thanthat,it look very clean.
