Although Hubcap, Tire & Wheelhas no duty to become involved in manufacturer warranty claims, ourCustomer Service Department will still be happy to assist you incommunicating and helping you receive a manufacturer warranty from themanufacturer. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there areno other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty ofmerchantability for a particular purpose.
The Customer is liable for round-trip shipping cost when returning orexchanging an item. This also applies to any issues concerning warranty.

If you need to exchange an item, please call customer service1-800-232-0734. Merchandise can not be returned with out a ReturnAuthorization Number from Hubcap, Tire & Wheel. A customer servicerepresentative will then walk you through the steps for your return orexchange.
There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise in used condition,damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new. Anytires or wheel and tire packages are considered in used condition oncethey have been mounted on a vehicle and driven on.
Packaging:Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing forreturn or wrapped in plastic and boxed before they are returned to us.You own the wheels until we clear the product any damaged due toimproper shipping result in the customer not receiving credit on damagedwheels. Please make sure you package correctly.
If the product does not fit:If your car is noteligible for the Hubcap, Tire & Wheel fitment guarantee a sales repwill get in touch with you and you will be asked to sign a waveraccepting a non fitment guarantee. In accordance with our FitmentGuarantee, Hubcap, Tire & Wheel will pay 100% of the costs to ensureproper fitment or exchange for a different application of the sameproduct to ensure proper fitment. Exchanges are accepted if themerchandise does not fit the vehicle properly.
TIMING: If your product has a fitment issue, you must contact Hubcap,Tire & Wheel Customer Service Department within 48 hours ofmerchandise delivery to report the issue. NO EXCEPTIONS
Damaged during shipping:Hubcap, Tire & Wheel is Insured. All orders processed by Hubcap,Tire & Wheel must follow a strict quality check the insures thatgrilles arrive in perfect condition. Each package is placed in a thick double-walled cardboardbox, and more cardboard is used to fill in any gaps to ensure that thereis no movement in the boxes. This box is then finally sealed with ancommercial grade packaging tape that keeps the boxes sealed.
With all this protection, damage is a rare issue. If by chance yourorder does get damaged during shipping, Hubcap, Tire & Wheel willnegotiate a price or offer to exchange the damaged item at no additionalcost. As soon as you notice the damage contact our Customer ServiceDepartment. You will be asked to e-mail a picture of the damage and thenyour new order will be shipped as soon as the damaged product arrivesto the our warehouse. Save all packaging material, including box tiresand wheels were shipped in. The carrier will then pick up and inspectthe damaged merchandise to return to Hubcap, Tire & Wheel.

If you receive the wrong merchandise - NO COSTAll orders processed by Hubcap, Tire & Wheel follow a strict qualityprocedure. Every order is checked by our sales managers, then they arechecked by our shipping managers and signed off on when the labels areapplied to the correct box. With all these precautions there is still achance for human error. In the rare occasion that a mistake is madeHubcap, Tire & Wheel will cover 100% of the cost to pick up and sendout the correct product. You are covered. Call customer service toreport the situation.

If for some crazy reason you don’t like your grille:If you don’t like how your grille looks, you can exchange it for another grille of equal or greater value. Customers will onlyhave to pay for shipping charges to and from Hubcap, Tire & Wheeland a 20% restocking fee, as well as any difference in price plus allduties and taxes.
