- Tracking/Delivery Confirmation: All orders within the United States are shipped with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number upon shipping. You may then be ableto log into usps.com to verify delivery of your item, but keep in mind that this service is not the same as tracking, and USPS will not provide tracking information until the item is delivered.
- Returns: Navigation discs are considered to be software, and as such can be easily duplicated using a personal computer. For this reason, we do not refund navigation purchases.
