IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY!!! If item arrives damaged, MUST WRITE "DAMAGED" on the Delivery Receipt, so we can get the insurance to cover the damage item. Remain Neutral and DO NOT take sides on who's ERROR it was that the part is damaged. If the Shipping carrier is willing to ship our part then it must be packaged properly for their shipping standards!!! An investigation will determine who is at fault for the damaged product. Notify us Immediately after signing damage and refusing the freight. If the box is crushed in any way, pls Mark "BOX NOT INTACT". If you refuse the part, and there is no damage to the part after investigation, you will be responsible for shipping to and from your location of the merchandise.
We offer a Limited Warranty for this item. We allow buyers to return the unused item for a REFUND of item price ( Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable ). If Item is damaged / defective on arrival, please report the item to us within 24-48 hours of receiving the damaged / defective product, so we can issue an exchange (We will cover all the shipping cost if the item is damaged /defective).
