We do not warranty supplemental restraint systems (SRS). We do however, offer a 30 day return policy on all SRS components.

 

A 25% restocking fee may apply on drivetrain and other larger returns shipped ltl freight.

 

We have a 101 day limited warranty. That means that you may return any part purchased from us, for any reason, for a complete refund. Refunds are given in the same method they were paid, so if you used a credit card, the refund will go back on the card.

One year warranty (if applicable) - This warranty covers the part purchased for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  If our part fails, M & M will repair, replace or refund the part at our discretion.  This warranty carries a labor allowance of $35 per hour at "Mitchell" book time capped at a $500 maximum. This warranty is good for one use.  After replacement/repair/or refund this warranty expires.  This warranty is non-refundable once the part is installed. VIN# and the vehicle owner's name are required at the time of purchase.  Call M&M Auto Parts for approval before any repair work.  Installation information below and on the back of the invoice must be followed to validate the warranty.

Be careful of other automotive recyclers that will only give you "in store credit." Always ask a facility what their return policy is as they can vary greatly.

Read and follow all warranty and installation requirements provided on your invoice and all attached documentation.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Warranty is void if the parts have been improperly installed or have been disassembled prior to return.

If M&M Auto Parts is unable exchange your mechanical part within a reasonable time, we will refund the original purchase price of your part.

You will be required to return to M&M Auto Parts the defective or malfunctioning mechanical part free and clear of any liens and other expenses, such as transportation, packing and installation relating to the exchange or replacement of your mechanical part.

Warranty is limited to original purchaser.

There is no refund or replacement on parts sold “as is”.

Engine assemblies are understood to consist of a short block assembly and cylinder head(s). Any other parts left on the engine assembly at the time of sale are included for possible purchaser’s convenience only and are to be used at the purchaser’s option only. These parts are not covered under the warranty.

Transmission front and rear seals are not covered. Replacement of these seals is recommended. Transmission lines and radiator lines must be completely flushed of all existing debris and transmission filters MUST be replaced.

Approved refunds will be made to customers under the following terms:

Original invoice must accompany all returns. Returns after the warranty period are at management’s discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds for invoices paid by check will not be issued until 10 days following original purchase date.

All cores must be returned within 30 days, drained of all fluids and complete as sold for refund of core credit.

In the event a part fails within the warranty period we will offer to replace the part if we have one available or refund your purchase price.

To return a part that has failed under warranty, you will need the original packaging, or measurements (height, width, and length) for the box you plan to use. M&M Auto Parts will cover the return shipping on a warranty return or exchange, by sending UPS to pick up your package or sending you a printable pre-paid UPS shipping label through (whichever you prefer).

If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong item, please contact us immediately. Digital photos will be required or Item must be returned first. No Claims will be accepted after 7 days.

All items will be shipped within 2 business days from the date the order is completed and payment is received.

M&M Auto Parts ships within the Continental United States via UPS Ground.

Two-Day/Expedited and Overnight shipping may be available depending on your location. Please contact us if you wish to receive this service.
