2010 Porsche 911 GT3 RS laps Nurburgring in 7:33… unofficially

The new 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 RS recently hit up the Nordschleife at the Nurburgring where it returned an unofficial lap time of 7:33 – seven seconds faster than the Porsche 911 GT3. Volkswagen to complete Porsche merger by 2011, will pay $5.82 billion

Volkswagen AG announced today that it will take a 49.9 percent stake in Porsche AG in a first step towards a merger with the Stuttgart sports car manufacturer.
