It was reported last month that McLaren plans to launch the MP4-12C supercar in the United States have been delayed to mid-2010. Well, according to Tony Joseph, McLaren’s regional director for North America, McLaren never had plans to launch the new supercar in the stateside in 2010.

McLaren sets up North American distribution for MP4-12C

McLaren Automotive announced today that it has appointed two senior positions within its global operations. Anthony Josephwill head up McLaren Automotive North America and will see the launch of the MP4-12C for the U.S. market.
