Believe it or not, but a new Audi A4 is in the works and is about to be revealed at the 2015 Frankfurt Auto Show later this year in September.
According to Motoring.com, the new next-generation Audi A4 is internally dubbed the B9 A4 and is expected to go on a diet of around 100kg or 220lbs as automakers continue to try and boost fuel economy by reducing weight.
The new A4 is expected to grow slightly in size while sporting the obvious change in exterior and interior aesthetics.
As usual, we anticipate the typical mixture of gasoline and diesel turbocharged four-bangers with Audi debuting their latest 2.0L TFSI four-banger with around 190hp and 236 lb-ft of torque.
The A4 will first be shown to Audi executives in Ingolstadt before being full revealed at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September for the world to see.
