Report: A new Mitsubishi Lancer update is coming later this year
The current Mitsubishi Lancer has been with us since 2007. Yes, it is eight years old, meaning it’s just about due for a replacement entirely. And if you thought a new Lancer, completely new, from the ground up, was around the corner, you’d be wrong.
According to Motoring, Mitsubishi plans to not replace the Lancer, but just apply a facelift before the end of the year, after speaking with Mitsubishi of Australia’s marketing chief, Tony Principe.
As usual however, Principe refused to go into detail for any future model.
Not much is known ’bout the update–screw the update, we just need a new Lancer, period.
