Report: Sergio Marchionne likes the idea of an FCA-Ford or GM tie-up

Collaborations and corporate alliances are no stranger to the automotive world and even yielded some of the world’s most amazing vehicles.

But now, Bloomberg reportedly heard Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles’ chief, Sergio Marchionne, likes the idea of teaming up with General Motors or Ford to broaden their resources.

Marchionne spoke to the outlet at the Geneva Auto Show, where Marchionne said the move is “technically feasible.”

We’re not entirely sure what this means, but Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles’ latest plans of expansion haven’t exactly been playing out in their favor with still-questionable initial quality.

Do you think FCA needs to team up with one of the other Big Three?
