A publication in Korea seems to have stumbled upon a picture of what appears to be the next-generation Elantra for 2016.
We’re already pretty aware that the new Hyundai Elantra is on its way to being introduced in Korea’s home market with a reveal in the US following a little later.
As expected, the Elantra takes on Hyundai’s new design language, also known as Fluidic Sculpture 2.0. This means a more angular design, a similar corporate front grille like that on the new Genesis, and swept-back headlights.
According to AutoGuide who reached out to Hyundai on the picture, the spokesperson said to expect a new Elantra in the US sometime next year.
