James Glickenhaus’ SCG 003 gets fully revealed on the web

James Glickenhaus has been known to be working on a new successor to his P4/5 project as part of his Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus collaboration, known as the SCG 003.

Now, the car has been fully revealed on the web. Meet the road-going SCG 003S and the track-only SCG 003C or Competizione.

Both ride on an all-new bespoke carbon fiber chassis, versus the original P4/5’s Enzo roots and the P4/5 Competitizione’s F430 starting point.

Power is supplied by a new twin-turbocharged V6, which is currently in development. But that motor is a reworked version of Honda’s fabulous 3.5L V6 and with those two snails, prodices 530hp and 516 lb-ft of torque.

And that’s a lot of power for a car that only weighs 2,976lbs (the Competizione version).

The SCG 003C will be heading to the Nurburgring 24 Hours while the road-going version is scheduled to be launched at the end of this year.
