The Kia SportSpace Concept could be the sexiest Kia yet…said no one ever, until now
Kia once teased a new concept due at Geneva next month and according to the teaser, it seemed like the Korean automaker was prepping to showcase a possible new successor to the current Optima.
Now, it turns out Kia’s concept is actually of the long-roof type, specifically a four-door shooting brake, or you could just call it a very sleek wagon. This could be the sexiest Kia yet…said no one ever…until now.
According to Kia, the new SportSpace pitches Kia’s new direction with their design language and above all, it also pitches the possibility of a new wagon. That’s because wagons are very popular in Europe and sadly, because they’re so low on demand here in the states, this also means nary a wagon finds its way onto our shores.
Either way, what we can ultimately expect from the SportSpace is a Kia Optima that’s styled very similarly to this concept, just without the longroof.
The SportSpace gets its full debut at the Geneva Auto Show in March. Is it just me or do Kias keep getting better and better looking? Keep it up Peter Schreyer!
