Report: There’s demand for a BMW M7, according to top executive

BMW fans are all too familiar with the idea of a BMW M7, or a 7-Series that’s been given the full-fledged M treatment to compete against the likes of Mercedes-Benz’s S-Class AMG, Audi’s S8, or Jaguar’s XJR.

However, after generations of 7-Series, to this day, BMW still refuses to build an M7, despite a growing market and expressed demand in the past for such a model BMW’s response: that’s what the Alpina B7 is for. But the B7 doesn’t fully satisfy the wants and desires of those who want an M7.

But it seems customers have been screaming loud enough asĀ AutoGuide heard BMW acknowledges this demand, and they might consider it.

Don’t hold your breathe for too long though as BMW M’s Head of Product Management, Carsten Preis, said he sees people asking for it, but it’s still not enough for them to really push for it just yet.

So for those who want an M7, they hear you, but you need keep screaming and keep screaming louder.
