This makes perfect sense considering the fact that the Volkswagen Group is consolidating their entire lineup of premium crossovers onto on modular platform.

Word comes from Volkswagen Group and Lamborghini’s CEO, Stephan Winkelmann, who said the Urus is set to be ready by 2017 and should help Lamborghini with sales.
