Report: The 2016 Lexus LS to become more “emotional”

AutoCar recently spoke with Lexus of Europe’s chief, Alain Uyttenhoven, who shared some detail regarding the next generation LS in 2016.

It would be an entire overhaul and redesign of the Lexus LS, which has been with us since 2007 in its current fourth generation guise. And ultimately, Lexus’ plan for the fifth generaiton LS is to make it more “emotional,”…or whatever that means. Does it mean it’ll have to come with its own set of Kleenex and a tampon?

Ok, not the kind of emotional associated with that time of month, but the kind of emotional that gets people excited about the vehicle he or she is driving. This also could indicate a much more dramatic design, when compared to the very conservative designs of Lexus LSes of yesteryear.
