Video: Audi teases new A9 Concept once again
Audi is on the verge of introducing a new A9 Concept for the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month and the Ingolstadt automaker just launched a new video teaser for the concept.
The concept is described to source inspiration from the Audi 90 Quattro IMSA GTO and the first generation A8 and TT coupe, just to brush up on some historic lineage, describes Marc Lichte, Audi’s new design head.
The A9 Concept is also said to pave the way for Audi’s next move forward in terms of brand aesthetics and corporate design language. Power is supplied by a twin-turbo 4.0L V8 with 600hp and a production version is even slated in 2017 as a a new flagship model.
